What we collect

• Account details you provide when you sign up — email address and sign-in method.
• Practice data you create in the app — completed lessons, streaks, saved items and practice logs.
• Messages you send through the contact form — your name, email and message.

How we use it

Your data is used to run the app: signing you in, tracking your progress and streaks, personalising lesson recommendations and daily practice journeys, and replying to messages you send us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

AI features

Questions you ask the AI coach and the lesson context around them are sent to an AI provider to generate a response. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in those conversations.

Embedded content

Lesson videos are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced player. YouTube may still collect data when you press play, under Google's own privacy policy.

Storage and access

Data is stored in the app's managed cloud database. Access rules restrict your practice data so it can only be read by your own signed-in account. Contact messages are readable only by the GrooveLab team.

Your choices

You can update your account details in Settings, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated practice data at any time using the contact form.
